CiviSafe is a Europe-wide platform for prevention, information and public assistance. It consists of:

After successful registration and verification, local authorities can enter, update and structure official points of contact, support services and temporary care points.
Citizens receive this information on a clear map and can navigate directly to it if required.

In addition to the map available here, the CiviSafe app is also available to citizens free of charge. Both places show official contact and support points set up by local authorities for special situations or temporary supply needs.
All locations shown have been verified by public authorities and, depending on the situation, can offer the following, for example:

- Registration and maintenance of locations via a protected administration portal.
- Publication of the released information on the web and in the app.
All content remains under the responsibility and control of the respective local authorities at all times.
